Admission & Enrollment: Admission is confirmed only after submission of the registration form and payment of the required fees. Students must provide accurate personal and academic details at the time of enrollment.

Attendance Policy: Regular attendance is mandatory. Students arriving late may not be allowed to enter the class, and continuous absence without notice may lead to removal from the course.

Fee Policy: Course fees must be paid as per the prescribed schedule. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to pay dues on time may result in suspension from classes.

Classroom Discipline: Students must respect teachers and fellow students, maintain silence during lectures, keep mobile phones on silent mode, and avoid any misconduct.

Study Materials: Printed notes, assignments, and test papers are provided for personal academic use only. Sharing or reproducing materials for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Tests & Evaluation: Regular tests and mock exams will be conducted. Performance reports may be shared with parents/guardians. Use of unfair means during tests will result in strict action.

Safety & Property: Students must take care of classroom furniture and institute property. Any intentional damage will be chargeable.

Batch Changes: Batch changes are subject to seat availability and management approval. Requests must be submitted in writing.

No Guarantee of Results: While NITian CLASSES provides quality education and guidance, exam success depends on the student’s effort and dedication.

Termination of Admission: The institute reserves the right to cancel admission for rule violations, misconduct, or non-payment of fees. No refund will be provided in such cases.

Agreement: By enrolling in offline classes, students and parents agree to abide by all the above terms and institute policies.
